Count your Blessings

This is my project for this weeks Cuttlebug blog inspiration.  My little sister lives by me and raises her two small children by herself! Let me tell you... She is a very strong person.... As I am sure some of you know how hard that is to do by yourself!  Anywayz.... This is a card I made her for Mothers Day.

Cuttlebug embossing folder: Birds and Swirls
Cricut cartridges w/ Design Studio: Stone Scrip (writing) and Home Decor (hearts)
Paper: Bo Bunny Flutter Butter, Bazzill canvas (writing), basic cs (teal)
Making memories: Loopy ribbon
Ink: Color box (chestnut)

This is the gift that I gave her:


Her son's first fingerpainting experience! He had so much fun.  Notice all the little cut toys are also fingerpainted! I used one of the pages he did in my machine and cut out the toys!

Cricut Cartridge/Design Studio: Cuttin' up (writing), Mickey and friends (toys - i think?), George (hearts and star)

Mans Best Friend

Okay, so I had 7 days off.... and I planned on scrappin, scrappin, scrappin.... but I tried for days to get some mojo and just couldn't come up with anything.... This 2 page layout took me 3 days.... :(
At least I accomplished SOMETHING..... right?  These pics are of my DH and our doggie Trout sleeping...

Home Accents Cricut Cart = Butterflies (leaves of pear), Background (star design)
Alphalicious Cricut Cart = Letters (trout)
Paper = Creative Memories (circles), Misc (doggies), Blue cs, Green cs, Yellow cs, Lt Brown cs
Stamps = Studio g (I love dogs, puppy prints), Scrappy Cat (mans best friend-circle)
Ink = Studio g (brown), Ink it up (black)
Pens = Atyou Spica (glitter black)(butterfly body, antenna)
Bling from stash, Zig glue

Let it Snow!

Okay, so I made this plaque for another of my friends... But I just don't think I can part with it!  It would be so cute in my christmas stash! I just love the way this turned out... Here is another project were its not the same as what I pictured in my head.... But amazing all the same! (click on the pics for larger image)

Okay so I used random paper I got from a pack...
I used PaperDolls Dress up cartridge for santa, reindeer, trees.
I used Mickey and Friends cartridge for the santa house and the sign.
